کے Head کو Add نہیں کیا گیا۔

کیونکہ اس ماہ اسپیشل الاؤنس کا Object Code ہی Generate نہیں ہو سکا۔

اگست 2022ء کی تنخواہ میں

Special Allowances 2022 @ 15%

کے Heads کو Add کیا جائے گا۔

اور اسپیشل الاؤنس کے مارچ سے جولائی (5 ماہ) کے بقایا جات بھی میں ملیں گے۔

کو لیٹر لکھا ہے۔

مضمون:    اسپیشل الاؤنس - 2022 حکومت پنجاب کے ‏BS-1-19 میں ان ملازمین کو جو کوئی کیڈر/سروس مخصوص الاؤنس حاصل نہیں کر رہے ہیں۔

حکومت پنجاب نے اسپیشل الاؤنس - 2022 دیا ہے جس کا اطلاق یکم مارچ 2022ء سے ہوگا اور پنجاب کے سرکاری ملازمین کو اگلے احکامات تک حکومت BS-01 سے BS-19 میں بنیادی تنخواہ سکیل-2017 کے 15% پر اور کنٹریکٹ ملازمین کو جوسول پوسٹ پر بنیادی تنخواہ سکیل BS-01 سے BS-19 میں سروس کر رہے ہیں۔ (اطلاع کی کاپی منسلک ہے)

لہذا، مندرجہ ذیل نئے آبجیکٹ کوڈ کو الاٹ کرنے / کھولنے کی درخواست کی جاتی ہے۔

فنانس ڈیپارٹمنٹ پنجاب نے اس کا نوٹیفیکیشن ایشو کر دیا ہے۔

اس کا   طلاق 01 مارچ 2022ء  سے ہو گا۔

اس  الاؤنس کی اہلیت  وہی ہو گی۔ 

جو گزشتہ نوٹیفیکیشن جو کہ 13-08-2021 & 15-03-2022 کو ایشو کیا گیا تھا اس میں جوشرائط بیان کی گئی ہے۔

جو اس سے پہلے کوئی کیڈر / سروس اسپیشل الاؤنس نہیں لے رہے۔

اس  الاؤنس کا نام   اسپیشل الاؤنس 2022 @ 15 % ہو گا جو کہ

Running Basic Pay of  2017   (آپ کی موجودہ Basic Pay)  پر ملے گا۔

کچھ لوگ اس حوالے سے Mis Guide کر رہے کہ Special Allowance 2022 @  15% Initial BPS-2017 پر ملے گا۔ بالکل غلط ہے۔

یہ الاؤنس آپ کی Current Basic Pay موجودہ Basic Pay کا 15% ملے گا۔

Clarification Notification Issue کر دیا گیا۔

اس Notification میں وضاحت کی گئی ہے۔

کہ اسپیشل الاؤنس کن Departments / Cadres کو ملے گا۔

پنجاب کے کون سے سرکاری ملازمین اس الاؤنس کے Entitled ہوں گے۔

پنجاب کے کون سے سرکاری ملازمین اس الاؤنس کے Admissible نہیں ہوں گے۔

Special Allowance 2021-@25% پنجاب کے ان تمام سرکاری ملازمین کو ملے گا جو

Cadre / Service Allowance نہیں لے رہے۔

Accountant General Punjab نے اس سے پہلے والے Latter  میں وضاحت کر دی تھی کہ مندرجہ ذیل 

Qualification Allowance, Personal Allowance, Integrated Allowance, Washing Allowance, Entertainment Allowance, Sr.  Post Allowance, Special Conveyance Allowance, Mobility Allowance, Charge Allowance, Overtime Allowance, Computer Allowance

یہ تمام الاؤنسز Cadre Specific Allowance کیٹاگری میں نہیں آتے ہیں۔ اس لئے وہ تمام سرکاری ملازمین جو ایسے Allowances لے رہے ہیں۔ وہ بھی

کے Entitled (حقدار)  ہیں۔

Accountant General Punjab کی جانب سے اسیشل الاؤنس کے ضمن میں لیٹر بھیجا گیا ہے۔ جو مختلف ڈسٹرکٹ اکاؤنٹ آفسز کی جانب سے Special Allowance 2021 کی Admissibility کے ضمن میں Queries بھیجی گئی تھیں۔ ان کی وضاحت کی گئی ہے۔ اگر اس میں کچھ اختلاف ہوا تو اس کی کلئیریفیکیشن ایشو کی جائے گی۔

اس کو Director General DAOs کے Approval کے بعد ایشو کیا جائے گا۔

اس لیٹر میں وضاحت کی گئی ہے۔

کہ کن کن کو یہ اسپیشل الاؤنس ملے گا۔

کون اس الاؤنس کا Entitled ہو گا۔

کون کون اس الاؤنس کے لئے Eligible نہیں ہوں گے۔

یہ الاؤنس پنجاب کے ان تمام سرکاری ملازمین کو ملے گا جو Cadre / Service Allowance نہیں لے رہے۔
