(5)    GRADUATION Degree Copy / DMC / Result Card = 1

            (on 80 Gram Page Clear Photocopy)

(6)    DMC / Result Card of All semesters of Graduation / Parts = 1 (Attested)

(7)    Intermediate Degree copy = 1 (Attested)

(8)    Matric Degree Copy = 1 (Attested)
