Family Pension Admissible to Spouse for Life or till Re-Marriage



Punjab Civil Services Pension Rules.

The Existing Rule 4.10 (1) shall be Substituted as under:

A Family Pension Sanctioned under this Rule shall be Admissible to the Extent of spouse for Life or till Re-Marriage.
