Pensioners in Pakistan its Mandatory to submit their Life Certificate form after Attestation from Gazetted Officer in every year in the month of March and September in the Bank, So that they Continue their Monthly Pension.

The Following Persons will Submit their Life Certificate Form:

2. Spouse (Husband/Wife) for Family Pension

3. Son if he taking Family Pension

4. Un-Married Daughter She taking Family Pension

5. Widow Daughter if She taking Family Pension
