Opening of E-Transfers regarding Hardship Category

The Competent Authority has approved the opening of e-Transfers regarding hardship category (Divorced/ Widow/ Khula, Differently abled, Medical,  Wedlock, Circumstantial Single parent, Transfer of female teacher upon marriage, as per clause 10.3 (vii) of e-Transfer Policy, 2024 as amended from time to time. Moreover, all transfer orders on hardship grounds will be issued through SIS portal throughout the year. All CEOs (DEAs), in Pnjab are hereby directed to follow the given time-line:

Submission of online applications through SIS

28.09.2026 to 08.10.2026

Recommendation of District Hardship Committee (DHC)

10.10.2026 to 16.10.2026

Filing of representations against decision of DHC before Divisional Grievances Redressal Committee (DGRC)

18.10.2026 to 03.11.2026

Processing of representations by DGRC

04.11.2026 to 20.11.2026

Processing of recommendations by Departmental Hardship Committee

21.11.2026 to 27.11.2026
